We have heard from multiple attendees about concerns with regard to double rooms not being guaranteed from the hotel. We have learned that the hotel has oversold their double rooms for the weekend. They are offering rollaway beds at no cost to our attendees for the inconvenience.
To ensure that everyone is comfortable, we are recommending going into your online hotel booking and adding a rollaway bed to your reservation under the Room Preferences section. (You can also call 412-471-4000 if preferred.) Then, when physically checking in, verify if you are in a double room, or continue to need the rollaway bed delivery. If you have a King Bed as a preference, they are guaranteed. Mobility accessible rooms are guaranteed by law. You are still able to book a room with our room rate until May 2nd, the hotel just unable to guarantee you’ll get a double room.
