Weekend Attendee Registration: What you get…
Weekend Registration for 2018 will be $100 for October 25 – October 28, 2018. You get access to the Meet & Greet, Fandom Lounge, Saturday Night Dance Party, Panels, Group Discussions, Workshops, Vid Show, Badfic Idol, Fannish Trivia, and the chance to be with some of your best buds from the internet for an amazing time. It’s an awesome chance to meet new people, hang with old friends, and chat about your favorite shows/books/movies/music/sports/comics/…etc.
*Single/2 Day Attendee Registration
Only available to attend for one or two days? We’ve got you covered! A limited amount of day passes are available – $50 for 1 day, $75 for 2 days. This ticket will give you access to all of the Panels, Group Discussions, and Workshops being offered that day, an invitation to the Thursday night Meet & Greet, access to the Fandom Lounge, and any other CONfab events scheduled that afternoon/evening. Day passes can be purchased onsite or online. To purchase a day pass please email registration@confabcon.com for more information!
Weekend Vendor Registration
Vendors can be almost anything: artists, massage therapists, yoga instructors, pedicurists, publishers, jewelry designers, knitters… the list goes on and on! You can be there to promote your group, business, or just spread a little joy through a hobby you’re really good at!
Vendor tickets are $100 each and consist of One (1) weekend attendee registration badge and One (1) helper badge, and includes One (1) full weekend table with Two (2) chairs in our Fandom Lounge. Please note that the helper badge does not include a swag bag or admittance to convention panels or events. Additional tables are available, please let us know if you’re interested! Additional helper badges can be purchased at a discounted rate if you need multiple helpers, and can be upgraded at a discounted rate to a full weekend registration if your helper(s) would like to experience everything CONfabulation has to offer! Please email us with any questions!

- Vendors are responsible for their own property and neither CONfabulation nor the hotel assumes responsibility for any damage or loss of property.
- Vendors will be listed in the program book and can be promoted that they’re attending on CONfabulation’s social media if they choose.
We have a limited amount of space to work with, so don’t miss out on your vendor table. Please note that the deadline for vendors to purchase a table is September 27, 2018, and you may not be included in the program book if you purchase after September 1, 2018. If you have any vendor questions please email us. At this time, Single Day Vendor Registrations are not available.
Supporting Membership
Can’t come to the con but want to support the convention anyway? For $50 you can be a Supporting Member! You’ll be listed in the program and written forever in our hearts. Running a convention is expensive, and we need the support of people like you to help keep the convention running for many years to come. All of the Con Staff are unpaid volunteers, so 100% of the funds from Supporting Memberships will be put towards convention costs and scholarship registrations. If there is any money left over, it will be put towards the cost of running CONfab 2019. Donate your $50 Supporting Membership via PayPal.

Can’t quite swing a Supporting Membership but still want to support the convention? Any amount helps the con! If you’ve got a few dollars to throw our way, we’ll put it toward convention costs and scholarship registrations. (You do not have to attend CONfab to donate.) Please submit all donations via PayPal.
Registration Policies and Restrictions
All attendees and vendors must be at least 18 at the time of the convention to attend. Government ID is required upon check-in. Read more on our Legal page.
