All convention activities and programming are held at this hotel. Note that there is a convention meet and greet Thursday night and programming starts Friday morning, ending Sunday evening.
Room Rates
Rooms will be $152 per night plus taxes and fees. You can book a room at the con rate here.

Up to 6 people in a room with 2 Double Beds (you may be charged an additional fee for rooms with over 4 people at check-in)
All rooms are suites with a pull-out sofa!

Airport Shuttle Service (Complimentary)

This hotel provides a free shuttle to and from O’Hare Airport, which runs on a 24/7 loop. As of 2023, the shuttle picks up at O’Hare (located at bus/shuttle center door #2) every 30 minutes at :00 and :30 past the hour, and leaves the hotel at :15 and :45 past the hour. This information is subject to change, and we recommend that you call the number listed above with any questions.

If you’re coming from Midway Airport, you can take public transit to the hotel, but the shuttle no longer picks up passengers at Cumberland Station (closest Blue Line station to the hotel). You must ride the L from Midway to O’Hare and pick up the shuttle from O’Hare. Click here for public transit directions from Midway to O’Hare.
If you want to travel into Chicago from the hotel and you don’t have a car, you can take the shuttle to O’Hare and get the Blue Line from there, or use a rideshare.
